State of conferences: Which leagues should feel good (and not so good)

With the holiday tournaments behind us and the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in full gear, it's time see what we're really dealing with. Some leagues (ACC, Big 12, SEC and Big East) have to like what they see. Others (Big Ten, Pac-12) won't be as pleased.
