Clippers' Griffin (knee) could return on Friday

Clippers coach Doc Rivers stopped short of making a guarantee, but he said Tuesday that forward Blake Griffin could return to action on Friday against the Lakers. Griffin has been sidelined since spraining his left knee on Nov. 27.
